What is High Blood Pressure?
High bloodpressure could be mount within force imposed by circulating blood on the current artery walls as a normal response to strain and normal work. The constant high blood pressure can put more strain on your heart. Arterial diseases, strokes and heart attacks are the consequences of this hypertension.
Blood Pressure Measurement
The diastolic and the systolic are two values in which blood pressure is read by physicians. It is evaluated in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).
Excessive Bloodpressure may be defined in an adult as a blood pressure greater than or equal to 140 mm Hg systolic pressure, or greater than or equal to 90 mm Hg diastolic pressure. But, a blood pressure reading greater than 140/90 shows hypertension and is treated abnormal in any stage.
